No end to Pak ceasefire violations | current news in india

Jammu: There seems to be no end to Pakistan’s ceasefire violations. The troops across the border violated the bilateral ceasefire thrice since Sunday, firing at Indian positions from across the border, a defence spokesman said on Monday.
“Pakistani troops resorted to unproved firing from across the Line of Control (LoC) in Digwar village of Poonch district at our positions around 10 p.m. last night,” told the spokes person.
India responded to the fire and the exchange continued till 3.30 a.m. There was no report of loss of life or damage to property in the firing apart from BSF jawan Pawan Kumar, who was injured at the Indo-Pak border in Jammu on Sunday. Earlier, Pakistan had fired at a BSF post at Kanachak in Jammu.
